SHIPPING:
We charge the customer ONLY the shipping fees that UPS charges us.
That
amount cannot be determined until your order is weighed and entered
into UPS on the day it ships. We feel that this method is more fair
to you than to assign preset shipping fees, when in reality the actual
cost may be less than an assigned fee.
Should you need to know your
shipping charges before you receive the invoice with your package,
please note that in the comments section on the order form and they
will be
emailed to you the day your package ships out.
All orders will normally ship within a maximum
of five business days. Generally Internet orders ship within two
business days. We will either phone or
e-mail you if we anticipate any delay in your order. We ship only
UPS and do not use U.S. mail therefore, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
PAYMENT:
We accept both Master Card and Visa
RETURNS:
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
They must be in the original carton and packaged properly.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
Damage must be reported immediately upon receipt.
Customer must keep the original carton and packing for inspection
by UPS. A UPS call tag will be issued to pick up your product and
it will be returned to us. At that time, a credit will then be issued
to your account.

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not completely
satisfied with all or part of your order, please contact us immediately
